Just wanted you to know that we did receive our wall bed and it exceeded all our expectations!! The directions were easy to follow — step by step — all the hardware was included and the instructions were in English!! Yahoo!! The bed is well-made and the wood grain is beautiful — (I don’t think we will paint it, because it’s so pretty — maybe we’ll “white-wash” it so you can still see the grain). Anyway, we wanted you to know how pleased we are. It can be (and is) scary to order things on-line, especially when it’s something you have never had before. Thank you for all your help and for the excellent quality of merchandise.

The boys and their friends successfully unloaded the pallet almost three weeks ago from the truck with no problem. This weekend was our first time to look at the bed. We are happy to see it came intact and in good condition. My husband and one handy son assembled it with very little difficulty. The Danish oil cherry wood fitted perfectly with the rest of the decor. It’s a handsome piece and a welcome addition, especially for guests. My son “tested” it out the same night. The Wall Bed arrived safely. The packaging was very professional. Nothing was damaged in any way. The bed was installed the next day without any trouble. It only took about four hours from unpacking to a successful installation just as described in the instructions. It is BEAUTIFUL! We are showing it to all our friends. Thank you so much for a quality product and excellent customer service. The bed is beautiful looking and blends perfectly with the wood furnishings in the home office. The bed arrived as expected on the freight truck to us in Washington State. The instructions were very easy to follow and the bed installed in about 2 hours with 3 adults working together. My father was one of the people who helped install the bed. He visits frequently from out of town and has slept in the bed several times. He says it is very comfortable and looks forward to sleeping in his bed when he visits. I would highly recommend your company service and quality product to others.

O.K. you did it again!!!! A perfect wall bed and cabinets. Everything is just as you said and better. It is nice to deal with people that deliver what they promise. The workmanship is superb and it was simple to install. The hardest part was carrying it into the room to put it together. From then on it was a breeze.
