Once we unpacked the crate and placed the pieces in the bedroom and read the directions a couple of times, Pauline and I accomplished the installation in about one and a half hours. I couldn’t be more pleased with the design, construction, finish and operation of my Wilding bed. Neighbors have visited to see what was delivered in the big truck. Their reaction is twofold: “Gee, I haven’t seen a Murphy bed in years–a great idea”; and, “Wow, it looks like a piece of quality furniture!” Obviously, I’m glad I “went to Utah” via the internet.

This is just a note to let you know that our bed made it here safe and sound. We are very pleased with the quality, workmanship and looks of it. As a matter of fact I think it is just absolutely beautiful! We have put it up without any problems and now we show it off to every neighbor that stops by. They all are equally intrigued. What fun I’m having showing off our new guest bed. The finish is beautiful and the craftsmanship is outstanding. It is truly a work of art. As I mentioned to you on the phone, I have been most pleased with the customer service I’ve received from Wilding Beds. I felt confident that I made the right choice even though I had not seen the product in person. My husband and I were impressed with how well the bed and cabinets were packed. They came through the shipping process without a dent or scratch. We followed the directions to the letter and had the bed together in no time. Everything fit together beautifully. To top it off, the mattress is SO comfortable I’m considering sleeping in the guest room! Thank you, again, for your kindness, quality product and meeting the promised delivery date. I want to say Thank You for creating such a beautiful wall bed for us! My son in law, who installed it for us could not say enough good about it and the ease in which it went together, the craftsmanship, and the fact that everything fit so well without having to make one adjustment, plus the fact that the directions were so complete and every thing from screws to trim were in the box as they should be! He was VERY Impressed, and it takes a lot to impress BJ as he is a perfectionist when it comes to building things, or installing them. I have sent your web sight on to a friend who is planning on installing a wall bed in the new home they will be building in WA in the next several years, so please don’t think about retiring too soon! The bed is beautiful……we had quite a time getting it into the basement…however, we did it! We really love it! It opens and closes so nicely and the mattress is very comfortable. Sometimes you never know about internet purchases, but this worked very well. Thank you for all your assistance!

My mother spent 6 weeks with us and really loved the wall bed. She is 88 and had no trouble lowering or raising it. She would have loved to have these in our house when we were kids. Richard and I are very pleased with the appearance of the finished product. It matches well with our knotty pine bookcase and no one knows what it is unless we tell them. My office looks like an office and when we have overnight guests, we have a place for them to sleep.
