I think I dealt with you when I bought my wall bed. It’s been about 5 years and I just want to tell you that my husband and I have enjoyed it so very much! We bought the wallbed for a studio apartment in Manhattan which I also use for business meetings. So you can imagine how perfect it is that no one can see a bed! Before we purchased your wallbed I searched all the stores in Manhattan for one, and NO store had the quality that you offer. None of the stores even used wood to make their wallbeds, they used press board. About three years ago our daughter bought one of your wallbeds for her apartment, and once again you delivered the finest quality furniture. We’ve just sold the studio and the purchasers bought all the furniture including the wall bed. But since they did, I guess the good news is that we couldn’t use a wall bed in our new apartment anyway. However,we are looking for an entertainment wall unit. I’ve searched your site looking for one but can’t find any. Do you make entertainment wall units and if not, are there any companies (who deliver such quality furniture as you do) that you could recommend? (We’d much rather have one that you make!) Once again, thank you for your quality workmanship!

I received my Wilding wall bed last week and installed it myself with no problems. The instructions were thorough, clear, and well illustrated. More impressive, though, was the excellent quality of the materials and workmanship. I was delighted to find no flakeboard, perfectly fitting parts, and a very high quality of finish throughout. It’s very unusual to find reasonably priced furniture today in which the manufacturer hasn’t deployed the cheapest possible material under the veneer. My one disappointment is the mountain of styrofoam you used in shipping. It’s a prodigious disposal problem, and I urge you to try a biodegradable solution, or at least collapsible air bags. But I’m thoroughly pleased with the product itself, and I hope you’ll continue exactly what you’re doing. Don’t outsource, move production to Mexico, or cheapen the product to save a buck. There aren’t that many manufacturers like Wilding left in the U.S., and we need your example

I recently purchased a wall bed from your company. The lady I dealt with was named Penny. My bed was a semi-custom order and she was a great help in this order. When I ordered the bed I told Penny that the bed would be painted to match the room, however the wood in the bed box was too beautiful to paint. I just couldn’t do it! So I used a white wash pickling stain and a couple coats of polly! We all love the bed. I promised Penny I would send her some pics of the finished product. I finally got the room finished this week and wanted her to see the bed. Use the photo’s if you wish in your business. Also I wanted to tell you the light kit is the most awesome thing I’ve seen. Thanks so much. I just wanted to write and share with your company what a great product you produce. I ordered a wall bed a few years back, about 2005. The bed is set up in a 3rd bedroom that I use as an office/guestroom. All of my guest who have used the bed have raved about it and wanted to know where I got it. They are especially impressed by it’s look, comfort, and quality, and all have wanted to know where I got it. I just sold the house and the buyers insisted on the bed staying with the house. So needless to say, the next home I am considering has space perfect for another one so I anticipate contacting you again soon about ordering another one. The unit was pretty easy to set up and amazingly I did it all by myself. I thought you would appreciate hearing from a definitely satisfied and soon to be repeat customer.

I don’t know how to thank you for the beautiful Queen size murphy bed. It is everything we hoped for and then some. It arrived yesterday and we all unloaded it with the driver. We brought in all the parts and laid it out, just as your diagram displayed and then it started to pour rain. We only had a minute to spare. My husband and kids and I spent only two hours assembling it and it truly is a ‘work of art”. Thank you for the speed you took in getting it to us. The mattress is fabulous.
