The two delivery men were great. They were courteous and were extremely helpful in getting the mattress and wallbed into our apartment. So far I am halfway through putting the bed together and I am very impressed with the quality of the bed. The packaging of the bed was very well protected and secured with styrofoam and cardboard. Penny was great. She made the process very easy and she was a pleasure to talk to. She was more an advisory than a sales person. Molly kept me advised as to when the bed was going to be shipped. While I never talked to her over the phone, her emails kept me advise of when the bed was going to be shipped and when it was actually shipped. It was a pleasure working with everyone at Wilding Wallbed. I really think I made the right decision in purchasing our bed from Wilding. I had a very good experience with Wilding Bedding. I would highly recommend your company to anyone who was interested in purchasing a wallbed. I have nothing but nice things to say about my experience.

Oh my goodness. I am so impressed. My Wilding Wallbed will be delivered on Monday, but that’s not the really great part. What I am most impressed with (up to this point in time–can’t wait to see the bed) is your ‘pre-service’ email allowing access to complete installation instructions and the step-by-step video. This tool is such an efficient method of educating your customers on every tiny detail involved with the installation of the bed, and by doing so reduces the stress that accompanies the ‘some assembly required’ aspect of purchasing merchandise in kit form. I must say that this is the best customer service and company pre-planning that I have experienced–ever! Wilding Wallbeds has obviously received customer feedback over the years, has taken the comments and suggestions to heart, and has created an amazingly user friendly instruction and installation format. I’m so excited to put this bed together on Monday.

We got our DIY kit from the folks over at Wilding Wall Beds a few weeks ago, and I have been so excited to assemble this bad boy, I could hardly stand it. The kits come in all sorts of wood options, and after a few back and forth deliberations, we went with “Oak.” We wanted the wood to be nice and strong, and we wanted to grain of the wood to duplicate the rustic feel of Creed’s Nursery. The nursery already has barn wood and two old windows as decor pieces. If you didn’t know this was a bed, you may think it was a free standing closet. It holds a queen sized bed perfectly. In fact, my Mother in Law and Father in Law already slept in the bed this weekend, and they loved it. The DIY kit came unfinished, which gives the versatility to personalize it to ANY space. I was super excited to add the “z” of a barn door to the front and add some barn wood hardware to finalize the rustic look I was going for. So, for the normal every day life around here, the bed will be nice and snug in its place, the wall! And for the times where we have visitors, don’t worry, in point five seconds, the bed is available. VOILA! If you have a design dilemma like we did, Wilding Wall Beds is a great way to solve it! The amazing staff impressed me from the start, and the DIY kit comes with amazing instruction videos to eliminate the complications of putting together the kit. The showroom is beautiful, too! I was amazed at all the different options they had.

To all interested parties: We can, without a doubt, recommend Wilding Wallbeds, not only for their wall beds and Murphy beds, but also for their ability to do custom work. We are not only impressed with the wall beds, large desk unit, and library shelves we purchase a couple years ago, and still enjoy, but also, more recently, their ability to match some doors in our kitchen and bathroom. This is a great big THANK YOU- we just love our new Wall bed it is just beautiful and much More than we expected. Took us 2 days to put together (i think our age ) lol- but its all done and we love it. The quality is just great , the video is good , and it came on time. THANKS AGAIN.

We’ve finally completed the construction and installation of our (Sierra style) wall bed. For too long, while construction was proceeding in our house, the intimidating package of materials lay resting in our barn. Finally, the room being ready, we lugged in the various pieces and started to work. Two days later, the bed frame was fitted into the lifting mechanism, the mattress was put in place and the assembly folded up. As it turned out, we needn’t have worried that everything would fit, because it did, to perfection. It’s a wonderful addition to our room, is elegant and works as easily as your advertisements promised it would. My 90-year old mother, were she still alive, could have lifted the bed into place without as much as a grunt. The work would have been easy, even for her. We especially appreciated the graceful design of the piece, the quality of the wood that was used in its construction and the elegantly applied finish that is immediately apparent to even a casual glance. We bought the bed, sight unseen, on the internet and, by so doing, took a risk that we’d be disappointed. We weren’t at all. It took longer to construct than we expected, but we suppose that the affordable price we paid reflected the fact that we, rather than you, would do the grunt work necessary to assemble the many pieces. It surely would have been much more expensive, both to purchase and to ship, if we bought it pre-assembled. Thanks for your careful work in assuring us a bed we’ll be proud to have in our house.

Guys, we are so very happy and pleased with our setup! It is truly what we wanted. Vicki is a bit concerned as I spend most of my time at home in here, but at the same time, I’m able to work from home more efficiently and we still have a bedroom! Your bed arrived yesterday, one day early, and today we assembled it in less than one hour. No problems. First rate workmanship. Really easy. A great result, thanks to your attention o detail and making the process dummy proof.
