From start to finish I've had an amazing experience with Wilding. Penny answered every single question and I felt like I was speaking with a friend. When I was finally ready to place an order she once again handled it with professional kindness and care. We were kept updated every step of the way. I spoke with Kim when the bed was close to being shipped, and she kindly allowed us to delay as our remodel was running late. She called back to check on us and we were ready. The company who delivered our bed was timely and professional. My husband and I, in our mid and late 60's, put together the Remington over a period of 1-1/2 days (it's been a long remodel!) and we could not be happier with the outcome... and it's so darned comfortable! The craftsmanship, the build - everything we hoped for! I requested unpainted to paint it myself. Wilding is rated high for a reason - the bed does not squeak or sag. It's a gorgeous peice of furniture, open and closed. Thank you!!!

The fact that I am taking time out my 60+ hour work week to write a review should say something. Sales process is wonderful, great support and info. for a DIYer. I need to move the bed to another room and support bend over backwards to contact me to help me out.

How many companies have the President and co-founder of the company contact you to work on a solution to an issue caused by only one part of all the parts for the product they shipped to you? Probably not very many. Fortunately for me, Dennis Wilding called me, Face-timed with me, Zoomed with me, sent a new part, and then provided videos and instructions as to how to uninstall the first part and install the replacement part. What was a slightly un-level situation with the desktop was solved with the new part to become (as you can see in the photo) perfectly level. I couldn't be more pleased with the bed, but more than that, I really appreciate the extra mile the owner of the company went to ensure that I was completely satisfied. It is nice to know that there are companies like Wilding that stand behind their work, all the way to the top. If I had more room, I'd order another bed just to say thanks.

I installed the F-200 Murphy Frame queen. Overall great bed and exceptionally sturdy. I used both the instruction booklet and video for assembly. One of the holes on the frame wasn't pre-drilled, but fortunately I had a drill bit that could make the hole I needed. There were some minor inconsistencies (not enough to decrease my review by a star) between the instructions/contents of the blister pack/video, but I was able to figure out what to do/what needed to go where. I'm thrilled with the amount of floor space I've regained in my guest room/office by being able to fold up the frame. I was a little concerned about the frame being able to remain upright safely, but once all the springs were installed, there is no way the bed could accidentally fall even with a mattress on it. Excellent product, and I would happily order another frame if needed in the future.

Purchased a Wilding Wallbed a couple of months ago and would absolutely buy from them again. The ordering, delivery and set up all went very smoothly. I would highly recommend using the video tutorials for set up. The quality of our wallbed is excellent and even nicer than expected. We have received many compliments for how it looks and would highly recommend Wilding's workmanship and quality products. Customer service answered my questions promptly.
