When you order Gold Delivery, the shipping company provides two men on the truck. When the truck arrives at your home, the men will unload the product from the truck and carry the product into through the threshold of the home into the first room of the home. Assembly is not included. Shipping times vary from 14 – 30 days depending on destination.
Platinum Delivery$800 $400
This shipping option provides the maximum service from the shipping company. When you order Platinum Delivery, the shipping company provides two men on the truck. When the truck arrives at your home, the men will unload the product from the truck and carry the product into the room of destination including up to two flights of stairs. This service includes debris removal such as shipping materials. Assembly is not included. Shipping times vary from 14 – 30 days depending on destination.

Anywhere out of the USA or Canada will require a customer-directed freight forwarder. It is common for a freight forwarder to specify a desired terminal or port in the USA that they ship from, in cases like this Wilding Wallbeds is happy to ship our product directly to the forwarder’s preferred location. Wilding Wallbeds will not arrange any shipping outside of the USA and Canada. All such shipping must be entirely managed by the customer.
Generally, on all items, the return policy is that you are responsible for round trip freight if the furniture has already been shipped/produced. Please contact us and we will assess your situation. A 15% minimum re-stocking fee is also deducted from your refund. Please be careful when ordering your furniture and let us know if we can be of assistance in selecting the right furniture for your situation. Always measure the space you are placing the furniture. Any returns must be in their original packaging with all items secured in the same manner they were received in. Failure to repackage and secure items could cause damage during the shipping process. Items will not be authorized for return after 30 days from the delivery date. Your credit card will be refunded once the manufacturer receives the returned item.
