Fried Turkey and Mannequin Challenge

Wilding Wallbeds has a tradition of doing a turkey fry for their employees every November. We saw how popular the Mannequin Challenge has been lately and we were up for the challenge. Check out the recipe below for our Cajun Rub.
Cajun Fried Turkey
18 oz Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 cup Celery Salt
1/4 cup Sea Salt
4 tablespoons Garlic Powder
2 tablespoons Onion Powder
2 tablespoons Paprika
1 1/2 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
Make sure the bird is dry. Pat down with a paper towel if damp. Then rub the turkey with Worcestershire Sauce on and under the skin, then apply the dry rub. Cook for 3 min / pound + 5 min. It should take about 3 gallons of Peanut Oil or until bird is submerged.
